Aww thanks ihno:heart: for your kind comment & yes i know about the soft drinks my friend, I used to drink a lot of that but I no longer touch them anymore, that's part of my new years resolution i made before this new year started ( meaning from January 1st 2013 up to Now I haven't had any, only water and I'm going to continue with that.
......lunch was salad today...... but after three vegetarian days with vegetables and fruits, some friends are currently comming for dinner:
BARBECUE at 33°C......cold beer, wine, mineral water......baked potatoes with rosemary,
salad with american dressing, lean cutlet, bratwurst and spareribs, italian bread.... mmmmmmm
