Most performers in mainstream film cover their bits with pasties and for men the sock. I think they accidentally showed the sock. If you ever actually see penis it is never a sock covered penis. I think someone missed it in editing.

I agree that that is an editing oversight and not his penis. His penis is most likely inside whatever that is but it was an accident that the camera ever got a glimpse of it and either it was missed by the editing staff or they had to use this footage for whatever reason and they just hoped it would not be noticed.
