Thank you for this. I've never before heard such things about these birds. Very interesting. But with my own eyes never before I've seen such a crowd of birds on streets and/or in the midst of the trafic.

Well they can congregate in huge numbers for amazing flying displays....

The east coast of the states is having a classic northeaster. Major wind and rain.

For me...I'm lucky. Rain, not snow.

And I'm not right on the coast. The coast is underwater.

There's still no power in the building where I work, after Saturday's big storm.

So the east coast of the US is getting ANOTHER snowstorm. Yesterday was the official first dat of spring.
Tomorrow...8 inches of snow.

Whats next????
