I recently finished the first season and I really liked it. It was a bit hard starting out but then it got pretty good after a couple episodes. I went in cold, literally knowing absolutely nothing about the comics or storyline.

I have been watching reviews of The Rings of Power on YouTube. I find them more interesting and engaging than the actual show itself. The show is very superficial and lacks any solid connection to the lore, aside form some shared names. It is a letdown. The YouTube reviewers, on the other hand, are a scream to watch. Such wit!
