By the way the guy told me it's hyaluronic acid, not Silicone. Supposedly safer.

Yes people do all kinds of nasty things to their peter...
They inject fat, hyaluronic acid, silicon.. all kinds of nasty stuff and it is dangerous. I've seen some scary photos on the internet.
In some cases they had to cut it clean off.. not good.
