MAPPLETHORPE -- A great Bio-Pic of this marvellos photographer. I must admit, that I've seen the one or other photo by him, but I didn't know something about his life.
If the film is correct, he was a very difficult character - but I think so are artists - real artists.
Nonetheless this film will be very recommended. Take the time and watch it and thanks to PIPNIK you can find this film here in the forum. And by the way Pipnik thank you so much for sharing this so very interesting film here.

No ytube trailer is they are all full of spoilers and the best way to see this creepy/suspense/satire/thriller is without knowing too much about it.... recommended!!!:thumbs up::thumbs up::thumbs up:
The copy of the movie Skeleton Key from 2005 with Kate Hudson (basically the same plot)!
Agree with you. It's a watchable movie, and I like many aspects of the movie (cast, cinematography, ...), but If I would have to choose one of both movies for a cinematic night I would watch Skeleton Key again!
