Trimix review

So I went for my annual physical, and my (gay) doctor asked about my erections. I said I was having problems, tried Cialis and liked it but the headache side effects made me drop it. He recommended Trimix for which he wrote me a prescription. It has to be kept frozen (the pharmacy even included an ice pack), and you have to inject it into your cock. The whole idea of sticking a needle in my dick was somewhat off putting, but for a good boner might be worth it. And it's not exactly a spontaneous process: the mix has to defrost for 5-10 minutes before it's injected, and another 15-20 minutes after injection to expect results. Injecting myself wasn't all that difficult and the needle is the same as an insulin shot so it's not all the big and after the initial prick (no puns or all puns intended), wasn't all that painful or unpleasant. Within a few minutes I could feel swelling in my dick; I stuck with the instructions and worked out (exercised) for 20 minutes before arousing myself and masturbating to an erotic story (I wanted to do a test drive by myself before trying it with my partner). I did get a nice, long lasting erection and I was able to ejaculate, but I didn't have a lot of erotic sensation in my cock or the usual intense, blissful high when I came. No experience here, but that 30 minute lead time would seem to limit its usefulness.
