Some of us are infrequent visitors to this site. Unless I missed it, there's no notification of this requirement. If you want use to follow the guidelines, you have to publish them.
Why not add it to the sticky in this forum? This one:
Rules for "Identify this guy". READ BEFORE POSTING
That would be a good place to also mention the requirement to disguise studios names. (I know it's in the Forum Rules, but having it here couldn't hurt.) I also think that adding a link to the Banned Studios list would be helpful.
