I have seen a lot of pics and videos lately about Scrotal and/or penis inflation. While I can understand men doing this to small degrees to increase there size I don't understand why they do it to the extreme of crazy large sizes. Is there anyone on here who does it or anyone know anyone who does it that could enlighten me on the gains of doing this? I am offering up no judgment and embrace the to each there own mentality, I am just really curios as to the gains of this practice.
