Chechen authorities have arrested, and tortured, around 100 men, and killed three people suspected of homosexuality, according to the Russian newspaper Novaja Gazeta. Although activists believe many more are dead.
Two television reporters, a waiter, and numerous other men ranging in age from 16 to 50 have been reported missing from the state of Chechnya, in Russia.
A spokesman for Chechnya’s leader, Ramzan Kadyrov, denied the report by the newspaper, calling the article “absolute lies and disinformation.” Do these words sound familiar? :thinking:
