GH is a great place to moderate, and if anyone could join the team I'm sure they would really appreciate it. There is such a small group at the moment with such a huge number of posts each and every day to moderate, that even one or two extra pairs of hands would make all the difference.
It's been years it seems since a new face has appeared on the staff. Perhaps people are put of by the idea of joining such a small team on such an active forum, but as they say 'many hands make easy work'. I'm sure a few will come forward in time if the momentum gets going with the first one or two volunteers.
Meanwhile, it's important to report any violations of the forum rules, by clicking the triangle icon which appears beside each post. Even this can be a big help to make life easier for the staff and help keep the forum safe.
Guys, it's just not worth getting stressed out. Take it easy and know that the membership are FIRMLY behind you.
