While technically a "continuation" is a type of replica, the fact that Seven of Six or the Edsers 41 which ever name you prefer, was made using original parts and tooling which to me, qualifies it as a "real" Bugatti Royale.

And BTW, the blue example used in the wiki article is a replica not the Schlumpf made car. Both the original and the "Schlumpf" Edsers 41 were designed without headlights and the wiki featured car has a more modern tubular front axle instead of the I-beam used on the type 41.

Using the term 'replica' or 'continuation' is only a lexical question.
It is true that the Bugatti Type 41 Royale Esders was rebuilt using original Bugatti parts.
But the car on display at the Museum Mulhouse (in France) mounted headlights.
While the original car purchased by Esders did not mount them.
This can be seen very well from the car photos taken just before delivery to Esders.

the 2nd Bugatti T 41 Royale Esders rebuilt

The image on Wikipedia shows the photo of the second Bugatti T 41 Royale Esders rebuilt. It was rebuilt in the Netherlands and was presented in September 2011 at the Molsheim Festival.
In the Museum of Mulhouse (France) is exhibited the first reconstruction of the Bugatti T41 Royale Esder made by Schlumpf and also the Bugatti T 41 Royale Coupé Napoléon.

There are 12 black and white images of the original model of the Bugatti T 41 Royale Esders roadster. Here are 3 of these photos.
The 4th picture is a color retouch of the original photo taken in 1932

The man in the picture is Jean Bugatti, the eldest son of Ettore Bugatti

Her notorious death is not exactly a pet topic for Bugatti historians. Some Bugattistas even go so far as to question whether the fateful car in which the dancer met her demise was in fact a Bugatti – maybe it was an Amilcar. Yet this latter version is certainly false, since Isadora Duncan’s ardour was reserved for a single brand of automobile: Bugatti.

As legend has it, she desired to buy one but could not afford it. At this time, most of her bills were being settled by wealthy benefactors, including her former lover Paris Singer, heir to the sewing-machine empire. Then the dancer met a young auto mechanic who sold Bugatti cars and she asked him if he would join her for a test drive in what was either the Bugatti Type 35 or 37. It is possible that her interest in the young man went beyond a mere spin in the automobile – despite her being 50 years of age and thus considerably older than her escort. According to oral tradition, her last words were: “Farewell, my friends, I am off to glory!” As the car drove off, she threw a long silk scarf around her neck, which entangled in one of the car’s rear open-spoked wheels. The heavy embroidered silk pulled instantly taut and snapped the dancer’s neck. This misfortune took place in Nice on September 14, 1927.

“Affectations,” said Gertrude Stein when she heard the news of Duncan's death, “can be dangerous.”In 1968 a motion picture portraying the life of the legendary dancer featured Vanessa Redgrave in the title role. Redgrave, who trained six months for Isadora, won the award for Best Actress at the 1969 Cannes Film Festival.
