A very simple and effective one is zinc. Should only cost 2 or 3 bucks for 1 or 2 month supply.
Sometimes a zinc supplement will also include copper -because zinc depletes your body's stores of copper.
Usual advice is not to to take a vitamin or mineral supplement for more than a few months unless your GP advises it.
