From Zippy's T&Cs:
Zippyshare.com declares that it may delete files, folders and other content in the following instances:
a. if more than 30 days have passed since the last download of a public file uploaded to the Site by a registered user,
b. if more than 30 days have passed since the last download of a public file uploaded to the Site by a non-registered user,
c. if more than 30 days have passed since the last download of a private file uploaded to the Site by a registered user,
d. if more than 30 days have passed since the last download of a private file uploaded to the Site by a non-registered user.
Zippyshare.com may also delete the user’s account and the files located therein if more than 90 days have passed since the user’s last login.

This would suggest that these Zippy guys do not care about DMCA or Copyright or any abuse.
Or all their uploaders are that well exemplary disciplined that they only upload their very own content, non porn and all g-rated of course lol
actually they just do not tell you why a file is gone, u will just get this there:

Oh. Well. Im not a member there anymore then lol. Since this all happens. Besides i've found a better site that gives me 1 terabyte totally free of strge.

Keep in mind that after thirty days will be cleared only inactive files. Some of my files uploaded last year, are still active because they continue to be downloaded.
Registered users can check the status of the file in real time, where among other things it is indicated how many times it was downloaded and how many days before the rimamenti camcellazione (obviously if a download is done, the count re-starts from 30 days)
Zippyshare is a Host with limitations, but has big advantages, is completely free, fast, and you can download multiple files simultaneously.
The one "Host" that does not have the option "Premium".

yeah they do I guess in my experience they do delete files that are not getting enough traffic. I have used other sites and problem was that they were either anti-porn or they remove too fast. After researching found this directory- http://anon.projectarchive.net/?http://theporndude.com/ they have a list of file upload site, go check it out. I have used 5 so far and they are still active.
