Downloader for rapidgator

I just got a rapidgator account and all the downloads keep stopping they will restart but I have to stay at the computer to keep restarting them. I have tried some downloaders but so far have not found one to work. I am hoping someone here knows of a downloader that works with rapidgator. Thanks Stone

Which browser are you using?

I ask because I've have similar problems with RG before. I found that my preferred browser, Opera, didn't always work with RG. Whenever the problem comes up I use Chrome and it solves the problem.

Hi Stonecold - I'm using JDOWNLOADER and I'm deeply contended with this downloader, since some years NO PROBLEMS and my browser is Firefox and Chrome and in both browsers the JDownloader is working correct.

I use Chrome as well, but with Internet Download Manager and it works well with Rapidgator. I used JDownloader a few years ago and while free, I had major virus issues and had to get rid of it. When I updated my virus protection it stopped me from even downloading JDownloader as it was a known virus-infected program - remember, nothing is EVER free!! While the adjustment to IDM was rough (for me!!) now I am fine with it and it has a bunch of features that I don't even use. Good luck!

Hmmmmm??? Never heard such things, even less experienced it by myself. And I use it now since more than 4 years. So - this is my experience with the JDownloader.

Well I used JDownloader for about two years and honestly I loved it - it was super easy to use and I could download a file or two and still view other pages without interruption/slow doen. I was really disappointed when I had to take my computer in because it was infected. The technician explained that JDownloader allowed maleware to be installed on my machine and he removed JD. I installed a new virus protection program at that time (WebRoot) and replaced the old one (AVG). As there are not many download manager options, I tried to reinstall JD and WebRoot would not allow me to. That's when I decided to bite the bullet and switch to IDM. After a little bit of an adjustment period, it works just as well as JD. Hope this helps!

I tried chrome and opera and they worked no better then firefox, then I tried jdownloader and it works, I still get great speeds then it will slow and stop before it picks up again but with jdownloader it automatically restarts each time so I no longer have to restart the downloads myself jdownloader does it for me. Thanks for all the help everybody.

I use Jdownloader. Without it buying premium would be a waste of time and money.

Jdownloader / Jdownloader 2 is very good. But you Need a Pre-Acc (Rapidgator), normal Acc is very low -.-

Internet Download Manager is the best. Even with Rapidgator stopping it will keep trying the download till it finishes.
