Replace '0' with 'o' and '4' with 'a' to get the site name. It's a sort of networking site. Full of pictures, officially to connect professional models, photographers, make-up artist, etc. but there's a lot of skin on show and not many private ones.
Just google the site name and photographer name together. There's a profile page(with links to his full sites, twitter, etc.) and a sample gallery of his work.
