I've only experienced this as a top, but the answer to both of your questions is "yes". Yes, they can fit, but yes, it could also do damage. But those are the same answers as for getting fucked with one cock. I guess you could say that all the preparation for taking one cock goes double. You will need to learn to relax and practice stretching. You can do that with a single partner and a dildo.
