Hey Admins and Mods - (you are all doing A FANTASTIC JOB by the way...just want to make that clear)
Suggestion 1: How about putting the updating date & the amendment item on the Sticky banners for the Announcments/Forum Rules Updates/ etc. so that at a glance we can see that there is some new stuff to read - particularly if the banned list for video/picture content or filehosts has been extended. So for instance :
Sticky:UPDATED XXXMovie Rules (PLEASE READ) --Updated 28th June : banned studio list
Sticky:UPDATED XXXMovie Rules (PLEASE READ) --Updated 30th June : banned file host
The change of colour would also highlight a change of content and maybe make it more noticable to the newbies that there are rules for posting etc.
Suggesstion 2: Could the banned list of studio/web page be in Alphabetical order - makes it easier to check against the list - especially if it gets longer.
