this is a hard question to answer. it is VERY age dependent, at least for me.
puberty to mid 20's = 8 - 10 times a week
mid 20's to mid 60 = 2 - 4 times a week
60 to now = wildly varies, some weeks, just 2 times, some weeks, 10 - 12 times. A few days, I edged ALL day and orgasm 2 times

But, honestly, back then, every opportunity was not waisted, I masturbated a lot because I was always horny.
