If Time Travel Could Be Done...

You know, if I could go back in time, I'd love to show various figures who pioneered cars, computers, etc what would eventually come of their work. Also, I'd love to go back to when the word gay meant happy and having a "gay old time sharing some fags with your favorite chaps" meant sharing a pack of smokes with your best friends and tell people that in the 21st century, gay marriage is illegal. I'd also love to share an acid trip with Watson and Crick.

If they hadn't had their hands in the cookie dough, someone else would have built the first device. I believe that nuclear weapons were inevitable, given the natural curiosity of physicists and the propensity of any government with sufficient financial resources to fund the research.

You would be forced to kill a lot of people. Groups of people who share a way of life will naturally grow to share a set of beliefs and principles.

If I could travel through time, I would witness the following events:

1. The abduction of Betty and Barney Hill.
2. The attack/abduction of Travis Walton.
3. The crash at Roswell.
4. The abduction of Parker and Hickson in Pascagoula, Mississippi.
5. The abduction at the Allagash Waterway.

Then, after I'd gotten done satisfying my curiosity about whether or not extraterrestrials visit our planet, I'd travel back to January 14, 1976 and go to 112 Ocean Avenue, Amityville, NY, and ask the people inside if they've ever seen a ghost.

Then hop forward to the moment when life started.

Take a chair and watch the end of the last Ice Age. -I love the coming of summer.

Watch the first time Man makes fire. Probably, a lightning fire cooked a few wild boars.... men ate it and decided it was 'Good.' -Craving more char broiled goodness, he figured out how to grill on his own.

Take a ring side seat and watch the first male to male coupling of a Neanderthal and Human. (talk about horny to do it and not being choosy.)

Check out the early, great Civilizations for a bit. Greece. Rome. All the great building projects of early and great Civilizations... Stonehenge. Ziggurats. Pyramids. Etc.

Hang around and watch the prophet Jesus.

Hang around a hundred years later and watch them make up shit about the prophet Jesus and collect it into a graphic novel.

Travel with the Vikings to America on one side. Then travel with Asians from the other side.

Hang out with Jan van Eyck and watch him paint the first great oil paintings. (Taking copious notes...)

Fast forward to Stonewall and the beginning of the gay movement. Watch it all unfold.
Dick firmly in hand.

Then back home in time for Supper and Rachel Maddow. -Wasn't that fun?

I dont know why you attacking me personal just because I said I wanted if I could travel back in time to see the American Revolutionary War and Civil war era.Those two wars had meaning they were not for power greed and etc like the wars we have after those two these two were about Freedom and history being made.
