It's on the bottom right of every post and it says "Thanks".
Maybe you could provide a screenshot of what you actually see.

I know where its supposed to be but at the bottom of the post all it says is reply and nothing else there I tried to upload a screenshot but it says the image is too large.

Erm... the "Post Reply" button is on the bottom left... maybe you should try the other left.

Are you saying you do not see the Quote or Thanks buttons in the area indicated in red in the screengrab image I posted? If so then it is a mystery to me.
It's been a very long time since I was a new member but I cannot remember not seeing the Thanks button where it should be.

This is a longshot - but I'm wondering if they are there but "invisible" on your screen.
What browser are you using - Chrome ; Edge; Firefox etc? Try putting your cursor where the buttons should appear and see if you get a pop-up. It probably won't do anything, but it's worth a try

Hi,
please check once if script processing is enabled in your browser's settings. If you're using internet explorer change the security level in the internet settings on "middle" if it's set on "high".
