V neck... not the deep ones, lol some show almost till ur bellybutton which I think is a bit too much of a coming out xD I started to buy V necks when I got one as a gift and used for the heck of it to jog... Looks like ppl liked my collar bones so I got into it xD

Depend on the shape of your face and the proportions of your neck. Depending on your proportions, one usually looks better than the other.

I prefer round as it keeps the chest hairs hidden. I don't think I could pull off a V neck. I've noticed there are these new skinny tshirts with plunging neck designs that are kinda U-shape. Definitely not for me
