Honestly I like football, but I think the WC should not be in Brazil. They spent $15 billion on hosting WC. All of this, mind you, in a country that cannot provide clean water to its citizens or guarantee an education to its poorer citizens!? :thinking:

Jokes aside - THANK YOU Haiducii for pointing out the absurd side of these world events On one hand, I think it's great all the countries of the world compete to host events like the WC or Olympics because it does bring us all together but when the choices are build a giant soccer stadium OR feed y our people or provide clean water and the giant Soccer stadium wins out?? WTF!!! Something is wrong there!
