I sincerely hope your surgery will be successful. I do have something of a selfish motive. My brother has Parkinson's disease and seems to be getting worse. I would like to think there is some hope for him.

Thank you all so much. I'm back again and finally home (surprisingly fast). The surgery went well and the device is already turned on and I have only mild symptoms left. So now I'm just waiting that the swelling of my brain goes down so the doctors can start the adjustments.
