ok, this is prob way too serious for this thread, but hey!

As a liberal progressive Christian, I don't believe in Heaven and Hell as places you go to when you die. I believe 'being in heaven' means being in the presence of God (whatever you perceive to be God - and that's a whole different debate) and 'being in hell' to be when there's a complete absence of God. Both of these states, I believe, happen in this life.

So, what I do or do not 'take with me' to heaven is, for me, something of an irrelevant question. Sorry.

I think that heaven is something so good we can't even imagine (even better than orgasm) and that we the people create heaven or hell. Being creative, positive, hopeful - this creates heaven in you - and such state is going to prolong into another dimension when you die. Tjerk often talks about maintaining a spirit of a child in you. I believe this is a ticket to heaven.

So I'd take to heaven the following: creativeness, positivity, hope, beauty of the heart and other bright things.
