To buy or not to buy?

So guys.. I no longer have a phone and in dire need of a new one because my last one has been stolen.. As we all know the Iphone4 has just recently been launched and has been in constant demand by the public. With all the recent downfalls of the new iphone. Ie. (death grip drop of calls), over heating, glass cover stated that it can withstand any pressure but untrue etc.

But .. why do people still buy one with all the bugs? .. what should I do? I am perhaps thinking of buying a new phone and highly considering the iphone4 but.. ugh with all the bugs what should i do? just wait i just worry that if i purchase one they'll relaunch a new one and.. i have to buy another apple phone because they've just fixed all the bugs! I do like the idea that i can play games on it and i couldn't with my blackberry.

.. or should i wait for the blackberry torch? .. UGH. I need a phone ... ~X(

I am due for a free upgrade to the iphone4, I am going to wait at least 6 months to see if the bugs are fixed.

I would get the best htc , or the blackberry touch wich is now like 100 bucks

why not get the iphone 3gs ( dont update to software 4.0.2)
and thats just like 100 bucks now as well.

There so many phones i would first go to the store and play around with then to see how it looks and feels in your hands.

I have.. and i really like the phone4 its nice.. but the bugs just kills me.. about it.. I mean .. its nearly 900 dollars without contract and thats what I am going for.. I just don't want to spend that much money and know that theres so many problems with it. for that much i want a perfect phone right :thumbs up:

Get a cheap disposable phone for a few months and see wha happens come jan/feb

There is strong reliable romours that Apple will indeed be bringing up the release of the iphone 5 or at the very least a re-engineered iphone 4 come their jan conference.
Also it is suggested there will be a new product, a mini ipad in the gala, 7 inch screen, to fit inbetween the iphone/ipod and the regular ipad. There might also be updates to the ipad and if the iphone 5 is released u can be assured there will be updates to that. Romours also suggest sony is developing a 8 meg camera for the iphone....

For even more reliable romours about apple, to anyone thinking of an ipod WAIT, there is due a release of a new range of ipods in oct/nov, for the xmas market. An update to the ipod touch is due, and a new iphod shuffle, with a possible 1.7 inch touch screen and updates to the rest of the range too it is said.
Also rumoured is at this release there will be a re-engineered bumper for the iphone 4, a cheaper one to give away free with the phone.

Try HTC or Sony Ericsson X10.

You will never be able to keep up. Pretty soon it will be the 5 or 6 . And the lines will continue to be as long as they were for the 4. Steve Jobs has got the world on a string or make that several strings.
