I think the timer or decimal point may be off somewhat -- I've been seeing interesting messages like the one below when I attempt to post within the 20 second time limit.

"This forum requires that you wait 20 seconds between posts. Please try again in 30 seconds."

getting a lot of that today. even after more than a minute in between posts.

Just got similar error message for the first time today with longer waiting period than it should be.

I've been getting this kind of error message every now and again for - like - the last week :(

I think last time I had this type of problem was sometimes yesterday evening.

I was still getting it yesterday from time to time

Edit: It just happened again.... You must wait 20 secs between posts, try again in 83 secs.....

I forgot to say before that the new time limit is somewhat bogus because even when it says ... wait 83 seconds.... if I have already passed the 20 sec time limit it will upload the post straighaway
