Maybe. I thought he might be asphyxiating but he could just be 'slow'. ;)

He's just a good boy who loves his daddy and vice versa.

There really is more or less a type of Downs syndrome that affects animals. Or to be more specific, genetic defects in animals that mimic the physical traits of humans with Downs syndrome usually caused by inbreeding.


Probably the most famous animal with "Downs syndrome", Kenny the tiger.
