Hey Guys,
I have finally got a week off work. Not had a week or more off since lockdown happened. And I was the one "volunteered" to not be Furloughed. So have been working all through, but working from home most of the time.
So finally to have a week away from work is going to be pure BLISS
.
I have absolutely nothing planed, but hay I dont care about that. Just glad to be away from work
But one task I have to do this week. Try and get another appointment for my back.
I was on the waiting list for a MRI. They sent a letter, but he post has been sooo slow over the past few month (yer blame it on COVID-19). By the time I read the letter the scan had been and gone. I was well pissed off.
Rang the MRI people and they said I had to go back to the people that referred me. I have been trying to ring them for over a month but no one answers. So this week I will have to write a good old fasioned letter and post it to them!
Had this back issue for I guess around 2 years now. Its not good that I need to be on pain killers evey night to try and sleep. But think my body is becomming immune to them now. Like every 2 hours having to get up and pop an ice pack on my back, and then get another 2 hours sleep. I have found that if my back gets too hot then the pain starts. So the past 6 osh months I have been sleeping on my side, and the doubet half on me (the bottom half) to try and keep my back cool. Does seem to work.
Had 4 physio sessions, but they did absolutely nothing!
Just need it sorted.
