Ahhh Lasagna

So tonight I made lasagna (Its currently in the oven) but the pan wasn't tall enough so I put a wax paper sleeve around it to support the top. Its monstrous. I'm a afraid the collar may break looseraying:. Its on a baking sheet but still. It has like 3 pounds of ricotta cheese and 1.5 pounds of mozzarella and .5 pound of Parmesan cheese. It has a tomato sauce and a bechamel sauce. The collar around it appears to be holding on for dear life like a zipper on a pair of jeans. Its insane. Its a cheese lasagna no meat or veggies. Watch the collar is gong to break and the top is going to slide onto the baking sheet like an avalancheX_X. I will let you guys know how it turns out maybe even a photo.

The photo quality isn't that great but here it is. Its not burnt on top just the cheese is really well done and the camera enhanced it.

No but I did work for a catering company for 3 weeks during the Christmas holiday season last year.

For a frozen lasagna, Amy's Vegetable Lasagna is pretty good and usually stocked in thine freezer.

I have a elderly Italian lady across the road from me, who makes her own pasta. I often get invited over for her Lasagna, which is absolutely mouthwatering. But those in the UK go to M&S and try their fresh Lasagna, 5 minute job in a microwave.
