DJ AM aka Adam Goldstein was found dead this evening in his NY apartment. His last tweet on Twitter was three days ago so maybe something around then happened......who knows. This is still a developing story and obviously another notch in the celeb death count this year. Shit "in memoriams" at award shows this year are going to be LONG!

It's only suicide if he intended to kill himself, otherwise it's "death by accidental overdose" or in David Carridine's case "death by misadventure". This is an important distinction because while life insurance companies won't pay out to the families of those disturbed enough that they see no other option than death, they will pay out for stupid junkies so fucked up they make that last shot a little too "hot" and sexual deviants who strangle themselves trying to get their rocks off...

Well, it was filmed earlier right? I'm sure he won't be returning for another Season. LOL. However, it does seem stupid to go ahead and show something when he claimed to be clean and sober and really wasn't. Maybe they think it will somehow help people who watch...
