For premium service, I have been happy with Fileserve. Filesmonster is okay speedwise, but I don't like their daily download limit, so I'm not sure if I will bother renewing next month when my 90 day subscription is up.
As a free user, Megaupload is great, as is Mediafire (at least using firefox with adblocking--I used it once with IE, and it kept trying to load ad windows). I always used to hate rapidshare, but just last week I tried it out with jdownloader, and was pleasantly surprised that there was no waiting between downloads.
I loathe Oron.

Lately, I've found MEDIAFIRE great. 
It depends
if you bbuy one, rapidshare is the best. If not, mediafire. Also fileserve was great and I know is now working out, but i'm not sure. Filesonoc and ,egaupload worked very well. Oron works well but you must buy it to downlown two videos o more at the same time.
With the new flesshares, ufff, Extabit and others are too slow.

Oron - way to slow; hate the limits for premium. Rapidshare has been best for me.

Don't forget free simoultaneous downloads, no other file share lets you have those..

In my experience Oron, Filefactory, Rapidshare, Crocko and Depositfiles are the best.

I just started a couple of days ago to upload and share my about 1500-2000GB collection. Not sure how much am sorting it out/organizing as I start sharing.
I did some research before I made a choice as a uploader.
FileServe just did not work for me as an uploader as Premium (bought 1 month), for download Premium works great.
DepositFiles was OK, but even with a Premium account they still delete files if 3 months not downloaded (bought 6 months, before I noticed that) Guess I will be searching for DepositFiles links to get my money's worth.
Did not bother with Oron, because even as download they suck.
Then I went to FileFactory and had a small issue, so contacted support and they offered me a FREE 1 week Premium to check them out. They actually gave me a month FREE.
I have been using them now 2+ weeks and they are great. They just added loads of new servers and other stuff to cope with the huge amount of new users, since others closed or semi closed. They had a week of problems to get all the new hardware up and running, but it seems all working perfectly now
I only now one thing for sure. If you are NOT in a Western Country with high speed internet ALL file hosting servers SUCK for free downloads. I can not ever get any free downloads from here in Thailand (got 9Mb download connection), but just 1 little hickup and the file stops and has to be restarted from fresh with captcha and everything.
So my idea is that the same goes for all non-western countries.

More people are using Mediafire and it has slowed down, but is still okay. Sometimes I get a good download from a host that I never heard of before, and then I can't remember the name of the host, since so many have similar names.
I don't know what's going on but the forums for tv shows and movies are being hit with something that causes Mozilla to declare that the site is unsafe and is distributing Malware. First one in Spain shut down, and then today it would not connect to one in India. Another forum in Brazil seems to have given up. It looks like Mozilla is participating in the suppression of filesharing.
