I do have to admit, for me anyway, it was a little difficult getting a good nights sleep when we first started sleeping together. I'm a fairly light sleeper and his tossing and turning used to wake me up all the time, but that long over now. These days, I'm bothered more if he is not in bed. (I like how he smells! LOL)

Since I was very young I've been completely unable to sleep by myself. I have a terrible fear of the dark. I've always shared a room with my brother and he just sleeps with me in my bed surrounded by stuffed animals and plushies.

I sleep alone now. When I was with my first boyfriend we slept in the same bedroom but did not sleep well in the same bed. I am bi. One of my 2 actual girlfriends could sleep in bed with me, but the other (at a separate time) could not. I have had several friends over the the years, including friends with benefits and other boyfriends share my bed without any problems, sometimes in groups of up to 6 at a time(often just for sleep).

I sleep alone for now, but if I could have my way, I wouldn't be. I prefer someone elses company in bed. Not just for the obvious reasons , but also because cuddling helps me fall asleep faster.

For more than 7000 nights I slept with my wife. Now I sleep mostly alone. Actually I don't bother. I am a kind of a coma sleeper. A hurricane can lift my bed and I will wake up in a cornfield, but not before 06.00 in the morning. And I snore rather hard, they say.

I prefer sleeping alone...so that any sounds coming from me or any restlessness won't disturb my partner. There is something to be said, though, about a nighttime cuddle or a warm wake-up...
