I buy a medium quality Vodka like Svedka that's distilled at least 4 times and put a dozen or so hot chili peppers in the bottle and let the flavors infuse for a month or so in the fridge. Remove the peppers, put the bottle in the freezer and hit it up in straight shots......WOW!

Ice cold then blazing hot - it's AWESOME and unlike ANYTHING you've ever had!P

I rarely drink but if there is another occasion I buy vodka I must try that! I love chillis and anything that improves vodka must be worth trying Does sound quite awesome though!

You really should try it! Different peppers produce different flavors and it's fun to experiment. Use fresh peppers only...cut off the stems and spear them with a knife so the vodka can flow through. The vodka will pickle the peppers so they won't go bad and I've left them in the bottle for months. The shot is cold when it hits your mouth then BANG you get a surge of HOT BURNING GOODNESS!!!!:cheers: Awesome is a good word!
