I assume "Dexter" is the serial killer who preys on other murders and the only sinister I know of is the X-Men villian "Mister Sinister"...

Nod, because hand shakes can be uncomfortable, you don't want to be to soft and have them think your weak and if your too firm it looks aggressive. Besides the whole purpose of a handshake was to show there's not a weapon in your hand which seems terribly outdated to me...

Wicked is based on the back story of the witches of Oz lol. Glinda is self explainable lol and Elphaba is later known as the Wicked Witch of the West lol. In Wicked oddly Glinda is the bitchy one and you sympathize with Elphaba.

It was first a book then turned into a musical. Will put up some of my fav songs from the show in the "what are you listening to now" section lol
