Be it wars, climate change, or just the desire for a better life. Huge numbers will be knocking on the door.

Trump still gets 25% support from likely voters to ban all muslims from the US - not nearly a majority but that number is scary. Unlikely he will get much more than that but I think most Americans know their roots and history and will never allow such a jerk near office.

This is really great news from France! The Swedish version of Front National, Sverigedemokraterna, is worse in some respects: it's a political party founded in the 1970s by good old Swedish Nazists.

They don't want to talk about their early history, the Swedish ultra right wing cowards...

yes it's good news ... but it comes with a price !

For instance, in the south-east of France, the region called PACA (short for Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur), the newly elected regional président is only slightly less dangerous than the defeated FN (National Front) ... One point distinguishes him from the other : his position on Europe. The rest is identical : same positions on gays, muslims, migrants, social system, economic liberalisation, etc

And what I find really disturbing, they (the traditional right) are calling victory in 7 regions while forgetting they got 2 only because the socialist party withdraw its liste (and will not be represented in the regional parliament).
