What happened to Jessica? I didn't see the first episode of this season. Did they explain what happened with her?

She quit although the accounts are a little different. On the show they didn't really address why she quit but I read on some blog and what not that she quit because she hated working for Kathy

Aww how sad. I thought they were friends. I know that they don't show everything on these reality shows but it seemed like those three assistants were Kathy's only friends.
