Language italian for Vbulletin

I propose the language italian for vBulletin® Version 3.8.6

Only one language should be selectable in the control panel, who wants the tax to me is absolutely correct in English but since there are so many Italian people, it could be a way to make it easier for the forum.

We always appreciate new ideas!

It's just that if we would implement the Italian version we would have to do that with at least a dozen or even more other languages too.
And since we try to remove things which are not really necessary to make the forum run as smoothly as possible it would slow it down again.
