MEN scam

I don't know if anyone else has had the same problem, just wanted to give you a heads up. I got an email from MEN dot com for a discount membership. After I signed up I found that I could not download videos, I checked again, no where does it say you cannot download. They then offer you a "download service" for an additional $19.99 a month. So I signed up, and my credit card company declined the payment. Better late than never, I googled "Probiller scam"...holy crap , so many complaints of people getting ripped off. I immediately cancelled my subscription to MEN, I just can't believe a prominent company uses fraudelent business practices.

Have you contacted them direct? On their "support" page there is a free phone number; live chat & e.mail

Is it possible that the e.mail you got was from some scammers who had cloned the genuine site and it was not from Men at all?

In recent times you only sign up for streaming ( no idea if it say this in the terms) the download is a pay extra thing. I refused to complete the sign up when I saw this.

Probiller is merely a third-party credit card company that handles the transaction, so that when it appears on your monthly statement, it doesn't say "MEN.com gay porn" or something like that. To cancel the subscription is a hassle to be sure, but you only need to provide two out of three pieces of info and it can be cancelled or more correctly, not to be re-billed. What happens is folks "set it and forget it", then never visit the website again, so they get a statement shock when their monthly recurring bill goes through. Just make sure you have your email address, membership number or credit card number (any two of three pieces of information) and you should be able to bring up the said subscription to cancel it.

They started that a few years ago, while I had their membership. If you kept it up, then you could still download, but any new members would have to pay. They are doing it on all of their sites, or they soon will be. I told them point blank: why should I pay twice, when I can download videos for free with my premium filesmonster account. Besides, I was getting tired fo those stupid themes that they have all of the time, now. They used to do it occasionally, but now it's every video. I wrote and told them that I just wanted to see hot sex and I wasn't interested in that crap, but they persist with it, anyway.

This is the first site I paid for in 5 years. Every other site I have signed up for tell you upfront if it is unlimited streaming or limited/unlimited downloads. No more paying for porn!

Seems like a silly restriction to me since people can just screen record the videos, or download them from other sites.

I'd be very curious what effect that's had on their subscriber numbers and retention. I'm certainly less likely to be giving them my money, at all.

I also have problem with Men.com. They continued charging after I stopped their membership. I have herd so many people have the same problem. No more Men.com
