Stare at the black dot in the centre... and the coloured spots should dissappear :

Here is a more dynamic version of the above... Follow the movement of the rotating pink dot with your eyes for 10-15 rotations and then stare at the black + sign in the center of the image. The pink dots should turn to green dots... keep staring at the plus sign in the center and after a short time all the pink dots should disappear and all you will see is a rotating green dot....
