Honestly I'm kinda shocked OF is still as big as it is without having made any changes to its visitor experience. No previews, not even a fucking photo, and going into each subscription blind. Sometimes you'll see MEDIA with 2,150 videos and think "jackpot!" Until you see hundreds of them are 10 seconds to 1 minute long, repeats, or just BS videos. I found one account that repeated his entire video stash just to get them upgraded to DASH streaming (DRM). Well dumbass all we have to do is watch the old video if we wanna download it.

Anyhow, there are only a few sites I've found with "previews" of OF accounts, but I prefer seeing the entire vid... such as Twinksofonlyfans and Justhegays.tv

Any other sources out there? I'm not looking for free porn but rather reviews or overview sites that cater to fetishes. I don't really care about hundreds of vids in HQ if all they do is suck dick and bottom.

A lot of pages aren't updated regularly, downloading videos is a pain in the ass sometimes especially the longer ones, and these days a lot of OF content creators don't post their content directly onto their OF pages and instead send content through DMs, which Coomer can't upload.

Try using Video Download Helper. It's free, fast and you can get in from the Chrome Web Store. Just remember to enable it, after you get. Coomer is posted by the content owners, which means you are taking the producers' content, since they are the ones posting and letting you download. Whether it's updated regularly, or not is up to the content producer, himself, so that's on him, not the website.

I really don't know why they do it, but I've downloaded a number of videos from there, posted by SLCBoys, for example. They are a couple and James, posts a lot of content on there. Some of them are very short, say 30 seconds, but others are the full video. I didn't even have to use VDH, I just downloaded them right from his post. It was pretty quick, too. Each poster is different, as to what they post. Some are just pictures. You don't know until you click on the post. It's coomer.st, now. It used to be .su, but they changed it recently. I haven't been using it that long, and haven't been on it that much, but it's just what I've found, when I've tried it.

The bulk of the money is made by getting rich guys to fork over thousands of dollars to a model, who chats with them directly, and sweet talks them into spending insane amounts. The actual sub (usually only 3 or 4 bucks) is not the real way money is made. I would say 5% of income is via subs, 10% via PPV vids (usually 20-50 bucks each), and the other 85% = 'Hi I'm Valentino and I am soooo into older guys.... wanna chat?' And it goes from there. With the Tate brothers case, didn't some of the cam girls brag about getting guys to sell their houses to tip cam girls crazy amounts of money. Onlyfans is just the latest iteration of the oldest 'trade' there is.

OF creators release a certain number of videos onto official sites like Pornhub & Xvideos so that it gets enough views to attract subscribers. But OF itself is a "subscribe or go away" site that offers no previews, no anything. So by making some videos public, Coomer does the rest and they don't have to upload manually or each time.

Another issue is OF has been deleting a lot of content for violating some rules, so Coomer loses access to those as well. (It's not really about underage models, more like "being able to verify the identity" of such models e.g. mulitple camera cuts that don't show a face first or cuts used to avoid someone's face rather than panning and zooming. The 2257 compliance office handles UA models and OF only reports flagged content.)

Anyhow, I digress. Creators are supposed to add any bonus/promo videos to their optional free account (just add 'free' to the end of popular OF account names). They get way more hits from approved porn sites, and videos with high view counts can really make their OF $$$ skyrocket.

The current complaint with Coomer still seems to be videos taking forever to load, as well as not being able to filter results to show only male/penis or hide female.

To a degree at Insta, YT, etc. But you could get 100,000 impressions on a social media posting, but only get a handful of actual subscriptions out of it. Many popular OF models have perpetual offers so that a sub for a month is only about 3 dollars. Less than the price of a coffee. And the vast, vast majority will not even pay that. The idea is always to hit the jackpot of a big tipper, an old lonely man (or middle aged man in an unhappy marriage) who will empty their bank balance or max out their credit card tipping some sweet talking glorified prostitute operating on OF, or some similar site.

So why out of 100,000 will only a handful subscribe? Just a few here and there even willing to sub 3 bucks and then quickly kill their subs?

Because most people instinctively get the above.

Make it a rule NEVER to sub anything on OF. Just steer clear. IMO, if you really want to spend, spend it on one of the top tier porn studios with a reputation for a consistently good product, that have been in business for decades. Any kind of cam site or OF where the emphasis is on direct messaging with models is always a targeting scam. These people are not really content producers (hence the crap direction, blurry badly lit, ill though out, lazy productions. Just enough to bait in an old fool or two and get thousands from them. Prostitutes have been doing that to gullible men all through the ages. Nothing fancy or new about it.

I agree there's a lot of scammish pages. But there's a good number of great OF pages, incl. that of new model Ocean HanX. One just needs to look some more, esp. a lot of those previews on X.

JFF has an advantage in that it permits more stuff to be posted.

Onlyfans is a success (same with fansly etc) as a supplement to a wider social media experience. 9/10 'fans' find the onlyfans model on eg Insta or TG and are mostly exposed by so called 'real life'... then they go to Onlyfans and can message with the creator directly. Sometimes fans will pay eg hundreds of dollars just sexting. No vids. No pics. It's about being a participant. The kind of people who like OF are in a way the polar opposite to what happens here on GH. Gh is about downloading, collecting, storing. OF is about a fleeting experience, a supposedly intimate and unique experience. And it's a cesspit. It's all fake, but 'convincing enough'. The porn vids are mostly produced rather badly. I prefer studios and good production values. I want to download and keep. But Onlyfans and the like have basically surpassed the porn studio. It's the big brand now.

I don't use Coomer anymore since their importer tool always has issues, so many creator accounts haven't been updated in almost a year. And now with the connection timing out during downloads, it seems like Coomer is dead. Wonder how long it'll take for an alternative to pop up.
