I am in therapy. A treatment for PTSS, so i am busy the next weeks.

Hi Ramzie, we don't know us - but THIS sounds not so good. I don't know what happened to you or what you have had to suffer. My only wish to you will be that very soon your therapy will help you to find your way back into a normal life. My very best wishes for you and your health! p:p:big hug:

I have mental issues too and am also seeking professional help.
 
thanks for the replies! I have finished the treatment (sorry for my english, i am from the Netherlands), 2 times 4 days intern in 14 days. Every day at the clinic (Psytrec in Bilthoven Holland) started at 07:30 am and ended at 09:30 pm. During those hours we had Exposure (imaginairy or in vivo), 4 times 1,5 hour sport, EMDR and 2 hours psycho-education. Very tough but i think and hope it works. We will see!
