I wonder if the parents saw the youtube video. I wonder if they still have a tad of humanity and compassion and would actually shed a tear if they saw the video.

How can they all call themselves Christian when all they have are hatred and anger? I think now I remember why I stop going to church

Wow, I am more enraged than sad. How can anyone think it's okay for our legal system to function this way and strip so many essential rights from same-sex couples?

They should really make a full-length film about this tragedy to raise awareness about discrimination against same-sex couples. Not wielding marriage rights is being lowered to second-class citizen, and if that means that you can become literally erased from the legacy and memory of your loved one, then that is the true abomination!

I agree this is so sad. I thought in California, gay couples had a right to visit in a hospital and also a right to medical information. Tom's death was just last year.

:angry:As long as I live I will never understand why people cannot let others alone to be who they are and to be with whom they love male or female. I know for myself that for the rest of my life I will be in the closet. My choice I guess because I am a coward but I still feel that everyone has the right to make their own choices in life. Every time I watch a video or hear a story like this I have to break down and cry for everyone involved. Even the family that is so bigoted that they can easily turn off their love for someone they brought into the world. That and the fact that a perfect individual has lost his life. It is too sad for words.
