What is it about fungi and the association with sex? It's bad enough that many fungi look so much like a penis that the term "mushroom head" has come into vogue (Q: does having a dick with a mushroom head make you a fun-guy?). Indeed there is a whole genus of fungi, the Phalloides, of which the most infamous is the Amanita Phalloides, or Death Cap. Don't eat these, or anything that looks remotely like them, unless you are an expert on fungi. Two people died from eating them at a New Year's Eve dinner in Canberra last year. Apparently they bear a resemblance to a popular (and safe) mushroom found in China and other parts of SE Asia.

Thanks Jimmy - YES! It's a sex toy and the relentless chinese reporter chatter sounded like a squirrel trying to dig a peanut out of a block of solid concrete. This is not an insult to chinese people - but rather a compliment to the fortitude of squirrels.
