Yes, it did not take much. Saute peppers with tomato and then mix with tuna ... Not difficult : Shortly
 
I work in a butcher shop so I had the butcher make me up some fresh chipotle-cheddar bratwurst. Much better than those processed packaged brats with all their additives & preservatives, artificial coloring, etc...
