I haven't had enough free time to have lunch and I'm starving.

We get a geust and he asked for Pasta. I think we'll make some Penne with spinach in sauce de Rochefort.
 
The options are limited near my suburban work site. I need to get out, but not take too long.
Next exit is Ikea. I went to their cafeteria and had soup and salad.
 
A rack of baby back ribs in a home made dry rub that I grilled out tonight. I will pair them with a Carolina mustard sauce that I made as well. Aah, 'tis good to be the king!

Recently watched BBC Horizon's documentary on eat fast live longer? Or something along those lines and I've drastically changed my diet to limited sugar, no fast food, nothing deep fried, lots of red/green fruits and vegies and healthy eating!

It becomes easy after a while!
 
I had salmon-cream-gratin with farfalle and cucumber salad^^
