I had beer and sorbet for lunch. It was a great mix, ofcourse I didn't open my mouth for three hours or so, so no one would know I had two pints at lunch.
 
Spaghetti with tomato sauce (fresh tomatoes country), with onion (chopped) and fresh sausage (no industry)
 
Fried Conch. (The huge marine snail. Popular in the Caribbean.)
 
I made a herb bread, and had it with kimchi and an egg.
 
fresh asparagus with ham and pancake. Delicious
 
Today spaghetti with sugo (tomato) and tonno (tuna) and peas
