What does monday mean to you

Monday means never having to say you're sorry.

It means university until we faint from exhaustion: for the next 2 weeks it's still 8 hours of lessons, with no break and either a 11:00 lunch at home or a sandwich and dinner after 8 p.m. ...
After that just studying like madmen for the exams...

Honestly, to me, it's just another day of the week.

I understand why some people can have hatred for the day as it comes off of a week-end, but what happens if you don't have the week-ends off? So, what if someone's days off were Wednesday and Thursday? I suppose then they would hate Fridays. lol

Back to work, but I like my job. And time flies so fast for me these days, before I know it, it'll be the weekend again, so Mondays don't stress me out.

I'm retired so Monday no longer means anything to me other than another day to do whatever I damn well please. I reeealy like being retired...

Another former colleague of mine is not so happy about retirement and says "one day is much like another" adding a big sigh. She's a fool in my opinion
