Crazy at the moment here in UK, as I guess it is for a lot of europe too.
Last Thursday the minimum was -8 with a max. of 0. Today it's between -2 and +1 and snow is forecast for this afternoon but tomorrow they are forecasting max of +14 with a min of +9 then by next weekend we are back to +5 and -1..... WTF?

Totally the same here in Berlin. The last days up to -12°C. Just in the moment -4°C and the next week up to +11°C but rain every day. And on Monday it can be dangerous because of black ice.

Same situation here, 4734 miles away!
well i would say it was a cool 25 degrees here this morning--- but i get up walking around in my boxerbriefs and an a-shirt-- and i opened up the door to see if things were frosted over and my little yorky terrier decided to go out the door and run around--he usually goes out back door where the yard is fenced in--so there i am freeziing my balls off chasing his little ass down---some how that 25 degrees felt like negative 25 degrees---
needless to say i got him back in house and we both went back to bed and got warmed up

Tonight and tomorrow morning is going Polar in Boston!
It will be -6 f early in the morning. I'll be trying to keep the pipes in the basement from freezing (space heaters) without burning down the house.
The good news...it's a one day event. Then back to a pretty mild winter.

Here in UK it's been strangely mild for mid February. The last few days have been around maximums of 15 to 16 deg. and even overnight minimums of 8 or 9 deg. but the forecast for later this week is showing back to more typical stuff with max of 7 with mins of 1 or 2 and possible snow/sleet.
We have some weird weather coming up in Boston.
Lots of moisture. Cold air from the north. Warm air from the south.
The early forecast was dismal. New forecast is somewhat better. Maybe an inch of snow, followed by freezing rain.
The freezing might make driving scary on Thursday morning.
I'll try not to crash my car.

It's a strange week here in the UK. Today it's only 6 deg C but with the strong wind it feels colder and tonight it will drop to -1 with a frost, but Tues/Wed it is forecast to be 16 deg during the day and the minimum overnight to be 11 deg.

Here in the Uk we are having a cool and wet summer, today will be a max. of 16deg C (61F) and lots of heavy showers. The forcasters say it will remain like this until August, when hopefully we should see some improvement and warm sunshine. Usually most people in southern europe around the Mediterranean woud be thinking "you poor Brits" but I guess that these days many there, and in the southern USA, would be wishing they could have a few days of our weather as a respite from the current heatwaves with temps. in excess of 40C/100F.
