When I was growing up teens did much of the lawn mowing and shoveling snow. These are usually done by adults now. So we have teenagers who would like to make some easy money, but can't. What's keeping them back? Overprotective parents: ''Oh no, YOU'RE not going to traipse around in the snow on a day like this!"
